The Craft Store is the UK’s No.1 TV shopping channel dedicated to arts and crafts, but lots of crafters had never heard of it. At a time when Covid and Lockdowns were wreaking havoc on everyday life, we knew that creating can help us to feel energised and uplifted. Designed as little bursts of delightful entertainment, a series of animated videos showed different creatures being crafted, with a competition driving data capture – see below. We also designed the eCRM campaign.
