When Molton Brown launched their latest fragrance, Rosa Absolute, they didn’t just want to create awareness. Instead, they wanted an in-store experience that truly seduced their customers. Something that would drive interest in Rosa Absolute and leave a lasting impression. We worked with them to design an immersive, memorable moment in-store - inspired by the themes of secrecy and romance in the Rosa Absolute video and print campaign.
In-store we recreated a stunning scene from the launch campaign: a large chest surrounded by roses, berries and a pile of antique books, on a table draped with red velvet. Customers were then invited to choose a beautifully ornate key to try and unlock the chest and reveal the secret inside - a pile of black ‘love letters’. Each letter then contained its own secret; wonderfully romantic prizes, from Rosa Absolute Bath & Shower Gel to a trip for two to Lombardy. In doing so, we took a simple prize draw and turned it into a chance to welcome customers into a rich brand world and make them part of the story.
