Molton Brown

Molton Brown enjoyed great brand awareness but in the face of fierce competition from new luxury beauty brands, it was struggling to articulate a differentiating position. Younger customers were unclear as to what the brand stood for. We created a series of successful in-store activations, to run across +40 UK stores, to bring the brand story to life and drive sales.

 

The Magic Mirror of Exploration was an augmented reality journey featuring bespoke animation and sound-scaping, which invited customers to explore the ingredient stories inside every bottle of Molton Brown. Experiences were captured and shared via social media. 

 

Our eccentric Festive Fable campaign was designed to promote gifting of the new fragrance collection, Fabled Juniper Berries & Lapp Pine. Inspired by a traditional Swedish folk tale, we explored the wonder of Christmas through a child’s curious eyes and crafted limited edition, collectible, gift with purchase figures to decorate the tree.

The Festive Fable campaign cut through the festive clutter and captured the imagination of customers. The new fragrance sold through.
