As Creative Director, Jackie has established a fully collaborative creative process that brings creatives, planners and clients closer together and results in tightly integrated, highly effective creative campaigns.
Previously, Jackie worked at FKB, Carlsons, Claydon Heeley and Mercier Gray, setting up the Creative Departments of the latter two. She has worked on a variety of brands and sectors including Allied Domecq, Stella Artois, GlaxoSmithKline and SEGA. Jackie co-founded Frontroom in November 2004.

Lau Glendinning
Managing Partner
Lau is Frontroom’s co-founder and heads up account handling. Her informal, hands-on approach puts clients at the centre of the agency, fully involving them and nurturing long-term relationships and trust.
Lau started at BMP Countrywide on Avon Cosmetics, before joining Mercier Gray in 1996, where she developed youth markets and integrated, global campaigns for the gaming sector. As Director and Head of Account Handling she managed the SEGA, Phillip Morris and GlaxoSmithKline businesses. Lau co-founded Frontroom in November 2004.

Gareth Kane
Planning and Strategy Director
Gareth is our focus for insight driven consumer strategy. Since joining Frontroom, he has developed and differentiated our strategic offering, putting brands’ customers at the heart of everything we do.
Prior to Frontroom, Gareth worked on major Pan-European blue chip clients at WPP. He has an MA in Global Brand Strategy.
